A male masseur has filed a lawsuit against John Travolta on claims the actor tried to have sex with him during a massage.
Travolta's representatives have labelled the lawsuit, filed in a California court on Friday, a "complete fiction and fabrication."
The anonymous masseur is demanding a jury trial on civil complaints of assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Travolta allegedly scheduled the session based on an online ad, and picked up the masseur, identified just as John Doe, in a black Lexus 4WD.
The papers state that during the massage Travolta "kept purposely sliding the towel down that covered his buttocks to reveal about half of gluteus area".
According to the lawsuit, Travolta allegedly began rubbing Mr Doe's leg before touching his penis an hour into the massage.
Mr Doe allegedly told Travolta that he did not have sex with his clients.
After suggesting the two switch places, Travolta then allegedly said "Come on dude, I'll jerk you off."
Travolta then allegedly started masturbating and told Mr Doe that he got where he is now "due to sexual favours he had performed when he was in his Welcome Back Kotter days.
Travolta's representatives have announced intentions to countersue the masseur and his attorney for malicious prosecution and to have the suit thrown out.
"The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie," the statement read.
"On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the east coast.
"Plaintiff's attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame."
The masseur is seeking $2 million in damages.
