Australian beauty Elle Macpherson has struck up a relationship with wealthy British banker Roger Jenkins, a London tabloid has reported.
The 48-year-old former supermodel and mother-of-two who split from US multi-millionaire Jeff Soffer in March has since been dating financier Jenkins, 56, friends told The Mail on Sunday.
"They have been dating for some time but it has all been very below the radar. They are not an obvious match, but they are actually very well suited and get along well," the unnamed friend said.
"Roger is very charming, and very tall and athletic, which suits Elle. He's also a big presence with a big ego."
Jenkins, who is credited with saving Barclays Bank at the height of the credit crunch by attracting investment from the Qatari royal family, separated from his wife three years ago.
