Justin Bieber fans in Australia are abuzz after the pop star tweeted news of a whirlwind visit.
'Bieber Fever' is set to reignite when the Canadian singer lands for a three-day stay in Sydney from July 15-18.
Currently on tour in Norway, the 18-year-old took to Twitter to tell fans: "oh yeah...Australia Im coming July 15th ;)"
The star will unveil his new album Believe to Australian fans on June 15, several days ahead of release dates in the US and Europe.
His record company would not say whether Bieber will make any public appearances during the promotional tour.
On the singer's visit to Sydney in April 2010 a free concert had to be cancelled following safety concerns for fans, when thousands, mostly girls, swarmed Circular Quay after many slept there overnight.
