Keen-eyed viewers spotted something odd going on in the background during the Tony Awards on Sunday.
A woman — stiff as a mannequin — being passed along a row in the audience before taking her seat behind host Neil Patrick Harris.
The subtle sight gag was one of three pulled off while Harris did pieces to camera during the show, which honours achievement in live Broadway theatre.
The others featured a man dressed up as the Lion King sitting in the aisle and a staged fight.
