Lindsay Lohan could be heading back to jail after allegedly lying about a car accident over the weekend.
The actress told police that her assistant was behind the wheel of her Porsche when it slammed into an 18-wheeler-truck on LA’s Pacific Coast Highway on Friday June 8, sending Lindsay and her staffer to hospital with minor injuries.
The assistant, however, insists that Lilo was the driver.
This is not the first time Lindsay's Porsche has caused her problems, in March Lindsay was accused of hitting a man in a hit-and-run, although she was "adamant that she didn't hit anybody".
Lindsay's lie may affect her probation for her infamous shoplifting episode and she could even face more jail time.
HollywoodLife.com also reported that Lindsay’s assistant removed a mysterious pink bag from the Porsche, telling the driver of the truck they hit, not to mention it to the media.
