Closer each day, home and away. That's not quite the case for ex-Home and Away star Lincoln Lewis and current Summer Bay resident Rhiannon Fish, who have called it quits after almost two years together.
Lincoln, 24, and Rhiannon, 21, hooked up in September 2010, and moved in together in Sydney in late 2011. Break-up rumours emerged on Twitter last week, and Lincoln has since responded to fans about the split.
"Did you and Rhiannon brake [sic] up?! :( I'm so sorry if that's true!! Xx," one fan wrote.
Lincoln responded, "Unfortunately ... But as long as she's happy."
"You and Rhiannon were perfect together," another fan tweeted. "I just hope youse are both happy, and if not, youse fight for your love! I know sounds cheesy, haha!"
Lincoln wrote back, "Thank you sweetie, appreciate it x".
A rep for the Tricky Business star also confirmed he was single, but declined to comment further.
Australia's The Sunday Telegraph reports that the cute couple parted ways after Lincoln returned from the US last week, fresh from shooting his first Hollywood film, After Earth, co-starring Will and Jaden Smith.
