The Red Hot Chili Peppers have added a second show to their 2013 New Zealand tour.
The first Auckland show sold out in a day.
The second performance form the award-winning groupwill be at Vector Arena on January 15 next year.
The last time the band were in New Zealand they opened the Vector Arena in 2007 and courted plenty of controversy when the band’s sound engineer criticised the venue.
Tickets for the second gig go on sale 9am, August 6. My Live Nation members can join the pre-sale from 12pm, August 2.
