Former child star Macaulay Culkin is said to be spending thousands of dollars on heroine a month.
The Home Alone actor is regularly using heroin and the painkiller oxycodone, a source told the National Enquirer.
"He's been hooked for a year and a half, and his drug of choice is either heroin or oxycodone,” said the source.
“Mac is surrounding himself with junkies and lowlifes. It's a real tragedy."
The report also claims Culkin came close to an overdose earlier this year.
"Fortunately he didn't need to call 911 and the near-OD was kept quiet among his pals. But Mac got very sick," the source said.
Culkin's representatives have denied the allegations and said the drug claims were "ridiculously fictitious" and "insulting".
