A Playboy Playmate has been arrested for allegedly smuggling a man believed to be her boyfriend into the United States from Canada.
Colleen Shannon, 34, has been charged under a law that prohibits 'bringing in and harboring aliens' after she was arrested in New York on August 16, the New York Daily News reports.
She faces up to 10 years jail if convicted.
The model currently works as a DJ at a nightclub where she is touted as "the world's sexiest DJ".
She has been released from a New York prison on a bond.
Shannon posed in Playboy magazine's 50th anniversary edition in 2004 and has performed onstage with musical artists such as Snoop Dogg and Sting.
