Zac Efron admits he 'loved' kissing Taylor Schilling

The Hollywood hunk has opened up about his intimate moment with co-star Taylor Schilling in The Lucky One.

To establish himself as a serious actor, Zac Efron has taken the role of a marine named Logan who finds a picture of a pretty woman in war-torn Iraq and is determined to track her down because he believes it saves his life.

Taylor, who plays Logan's love interest, has previously talked about her on-screen kiss with Zac revealing it was everything we could have imagined it to be.

She said, "I'm not going to let you down, it's not a bad way to make a pay cheque".

Whilst at the Sydney premiere of the romantic film Dolly Magazine was quick to ask Zac if he would like to return the compliment.

"Yes! I loved kissing Taylor," he told Dolly's red carpet reporter. "I can't say for sure if it was awkward but we were in character so there was some love!"

The Lucky One is based on the best-selling novel written by Nicholas Sparks (The Notebook).

The film opens in cinemas this Thursday, 19th April.
