Shirtless Robert Pattinson gets intimate with Christina Ricci in new Bel Ami clip

Robert Pattinson is developing a habit of losing his shirt on screen. We've seen him with fake abs in Twilight , sans clothes in the trailer for upcoming thriller Cosmopolis, and a new clip from his latest drama Bel Ami shows R-Pattz shirtless yet again.

Released on MTV, the new clip fulfils the dreams of many a Twihard: rolling around in bed with Rob (in skimpy white long johns — totally hot).

The 25-year-old heartthrob plays Georges Duroy, a social climber who seduces wealthy women to claw his way to power in 19th-century Paris.

In this snippet, Christina Ricci is the lucky lady in his arms, asking him not to bring his other conquests to that bed. He promises she's the only one — heard that before!

Die-hard fans will notice a near-hint of R-Pattz crack, which the star himself has said features prominently in the film. He told MTV, "I think there's a lot of my crack in it ... there's quite a bit of nudity".

Bel Ami is out May 24.
