Watch: S Club's shaky TV return with only three members and off-tune singing

There ain't no party like an S Club party — even if it's a party of three.

Down four members, three of the original S Club 7 made a shaky comeback on Australian TV when they performed on Channel Seven's The Morning Show yesterday.

Jo O'Meara, Paul Cattermole and Bradley McIntosh sounded rusty as they sang the hit 'Reach' with more than a few bum notes and an obvious backing track come chorus time (well, you've got to replicate seven voices somehow!).

We also love the four dancers jigging in the background to give the illusion of a seven-strong S Club in their heyday (the band broke up in 2003).

It would be too easy a potshot if we mentioned the remaining members', er, somewhat different appearances. Everyone changes, after all …

Still, Larry Emdur and guest host Dannii Minogue seemed to be enjoying themselves.

S Club are currently touring Australia, playing their late '90s and early '00s hits like 'Don't Stop Movin'' and 'Bring it all Back'.

The group were the brainchild of Simon Fuller, the man behind the Spice Girls and the Idol TV franchise.
