Lindsay Lohan has issues with nudity in next film

Despite baring all for Playboy last year and losing her shirt for a threesome scene in 2010's Machete, Lindsay Lohan is hesitating about signing on to her next film because of its nude scenes, Radar Online reports.

Earlier this week, American Psycho writer Bret Easton Ellis announced that Lindsay has been cast in his next film project, The Canyons, alongside seasoned porn star James Deen.

While her 26-year-old co-star has a lot more experience in being filmed naked (he's made more than 2000 adult films in just eight years), Lilo is holding off from officially signing on the dotted line for that very reason, a source told Radar Online.

"Lindsay and her team are concerned about the nudity that is involved. Lindsay would be required to do full frontal nudity, and the sex scenes are very, very graphic," the source said.

"Yes, Lindsay has posed nude for Playboy, but doing it in a movie is completely different. Lindsay needs to make sure that she is comfortable with it, and that this is something she can handle as an artist.

"It's expected that Lindsay will sign the contract in the next two weeks, as filming begins at the beginning of July. Lindsay has admired Bret's work for a very long time, and one of her favorite movies is [Bret's 1987 Robert Downey, Jr. drama] Less Than Zero."

The Canyons is described by IMDB.com as a movie about "youth, glamour, sex and Los Angeles, circa 2012". Sounds right up Lilo's alley … as long as her driving skills aren't called upon.

Now that's something to really be nervous about.
