Johnny Depp buys new girlfriend a horse? And all the other women he's rumoured to be 'dating'

The newly single star has splashed out on a horse for rumoured new squeeze and Rum Diaries co-star Amber Heard so they can "ride together", Globe magazine reports.

And apparently his offering has worked a treat.

Just days after Johnny's split from Vanessa Paradis become official, Amber is said to be so smitten with Johnny that she's been a "regular visitor" to the New Mexico set of The Lone Ranger, which the 49-year-old is currently filming.

The 26-year-old blonde previously gushed that her role as Johnny's love interest in The Rum Diary was the "best experience of my life".

Most recently, she was spotted boarding Johnny's private jet in Las Vegas, with the pair reportedly having enjoyed a romantic trip together to the flashy gambling mecca.

Johnny's horsey gift to Amber is a wonderfully romantic idea, but if buying farm animals for the ladies is his seduction method of choice, the actor might have to invest in a paddock sometime soon.

Tabloids have linked the actor to his Dark Shadows co-star, French actress Eva Green, with the actress telling The Hollywood Reporter earlier this year that filming a sex scene with Johnny was "like a dance, like Ken and Barbie making love."

RadarOnline.com reports the single spunk has also been getting cosy with his publicist, Robin Baum.

A source told the website, "They travel a lot together for work and get to spend a lot of time together and they definitely have a total flirty vibe between them. I would put money on them having more than just a friendly relationship."

But that's not where it ends.

When rumours of Johnny and Vanessa's split surfaced a few months ago, the reputed playboy was said to have spent a cosy night in with Ashley Olsen at her New York City pad.

Previous to that, man-eater Angelina Jolie copped flack for tearing Johnny and Vanessa apart, reportedly seducing the actor on the set of their film, The Tourist.
