Scarlett Johansson to become Hollywood's highest paid actress after reprising Black Widow

Scarlett Johansson is set to become the highest paid actress in Hollywood, with studio bosses reportedly offering the star a staggering $20 million to reprise her role in The Avengers 2.

Angelina Jolie held the previous record, pocketing $19 million for the The Tourist (critics hated it but the film banked $278 million at the box office, so the investment was worth it).

Scarlett's Black Widow character isn't even the lead in The Avengers, but her involvement (and her hot bod) is obviously considered the film's major drawcard, even if she is part of an ensemble cast.

Kristen Stewart was recently named Hollywood's highest paid actress after she banked $34.5 million in 12 months. But with an approximate wage of $12.5 million per film, it took the Twilight star a lot of work to get there.

Who knows, maybe Scarlett's huge paycheque will win her the top spot next year ... even if she does have time to laze around on yachts with mystery hot guys!

Scarlett is a amazingly brilliant actress and deserves the pay cheak she is getting and being one of the sexiest person alive does also have its perks as she will probably attract millions of bloke just to see her amazing body in the black widow outfit and attract million more because of her acting skills. So yeah she deserves the money.
