Paris Jackson tweets about 'missing' Grandmother: 'I want her home'

Michael Jackson's only daughter tweeted her concern as to the whereabouts of the 82-year-old shortly after reports emerged that Katherine was the subject of a Missing Persons search.

"Yes, my grandmother is missing, I haven't spoken with her in a week. I want her home now," she wrote on Sunday morning.

The 14-year-old appealed to her Twitter followers to call authorities if they had seen Katherine.

Paris became more worried when her uncle Randy tweeted reassurance that the 82-year-old was "resting up" in Arizona "on the orders of a doctor”.

"The same doctor that testified on behalf of Dr Murray [the man charged with involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson in 2010] saying my father was a drug addict (a lie) is caring for my grandmother … just saying," tweeted the teen.

But Paris' other uncle, Jermaine, claims there is no reason for concern.

"This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor's advice. Period," he tweeted.

News of Katherine's "disappearance" comes in the midst of a legal dispute between her children and advisors over the 82-year-old's finances.
