The show's demanding schedule is causing a massive rift in the couple's relationship, with Jason — who is also Britney's co-conservator and manager — upset that he's gone from big-time Hollywood agent to stay-at-home dad.

"[Jason] feels like he is the house husband and errand boy in the relationship, and that isn't what he signed up for," a source told Radar Online.

"Part of his role as co-conservator is to be with Britney every second that she is on the set of The X-Factor, and he is getting fed up with it."

Brit's judging gig is earning her a hefty $19 million pay cheque, but the singer will have to question whether the cash comes at a cost to her love life.

"Their relationship has been majorly rocky ever since she started filming The X-Factor," said the source, adding: "They are constantly fighting about everything, and it isn't good."

Britney's come under fire for her harsh judgment of contestants on the reality show, with one news source coining the moniker "Bitchy Spears" to describe her erratic behaviour.

Jason is reportedly sick and tired of dealing with his famous girlfriend's on-set antics.

"The mixing of business with pleasure has really damaged their relationship, and they are both really unhappy at this point," the source said.
