Great advice: Wino to become agony aunt

Amy begged her dad Mitch to let her go on air during a segment he co-hosts on UK radio station BBC1.

Amy reckons he rough experiences of late make her a perfect candidate to help out others on air.

BBC1's Justin King said: "Mitch and Amy are able to work really well together. There isn't a question this agony aunt can't answer."

Despite Amy's issues with drugs, looming emphysema, frequent emergency room visits and a turbulent relationship with her incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil — she's actually a really good shoulder to cry on when it comes to helping out mates.

A source told the Daily Star that "although she often gets herself into trouble, she is very honest, very caring and very perceptive when it comes to dealing with other people's problems.

"She is sick of all her problems being on everyone else's lips and really wants to focus on other people for a change.

"And she can help her dad pick some tracks while she is there."

Mitch has reportedly banned her from playing The Libertines and Babyshambles, however — both bands that feature her trashy mate Pete Doherty.
