Ashlee got booted from Melrose 'cos she's a diva beeyatch

Apparently Ashlee Simpson-Wentz got booted from her Melrose Place gig because she was "deeply disliked" by her co-stars. Meow!

"Ashlee was kicked off Melrose Place because she was a total diva on set, late all the time, and deeply disliked by fellow cast members. It created a lot of discord among the cast [and] she could barely act," a source told Fox News.

The source also suggested that canning Ashlee meant the show had more money to meet the salary demands of legendary Melrose Place-r Heather Locklear, who has reprised her role as Amanda Woodward on the show.

"They basically trimmed the fat and made it possible for Heather to join the show. Heather is a much bigger name than Ashlee," the source said.

Jessica Simpson rushed to Ashlee's defence following her sister's sacking, calling the show 'crap'.

"Who writes this crap?" she Twittered.

"I have had bad scripts to work with, but this? Thank God my sister is amazing and got you some press.”

uh huh, since pete and his band are having a break, she shouldn't be in too much of a hurry about work, and can be as late as she likes now anyway. this is a good time for them to be a family and nest. and when they get tired of that they can do a reality show. So anyway, if her baby is extremely cute, does that mean a mowgli is really ugly? or is that muwgli? sorry wow, just teasing all babies are cute, i was hoping someone would tell me that mowglis are extremely handsome.

I totally disagree with the last comment. Pete Wentz does so have alot going for him and Just cuse Ashlee got kicked of there it doesnt mean she wont get other jobs and Bronx is an extremly cute baby!!

oh dear, i hope Bart doesn't give her too much grief, will Springville disown her after this too? Melrose Place is a pretty crap programme, if you get canned off there, who else is going to take you on then? Never mind she has her singing career, her baby and her husband Pete Wentz. Oh dear, that's right Pete Wentz, nothing for it now, better get a ghostwriter to write her life story to earn the bucks. Is her baby cute or does he really look like a mowgli?
