Kate Bosworth is just a younger version of Gwyneth... what of it

The rumours that Chris Martin cheated on Gwyneth Paltrow with younger actress Kate Bosworth have been denied about 20 times by the couple's reps. But it sounds like young Chris deserves a clip behind the ear anyway for what he's been saying to Gwyneth lately!

Star magazine reported that Kate has been chasing Chris for a long time, and that the pair have been hanging out a lot. “All his friends think that there’s something going on with them," said their source.

"Last summer, Gwyneth's ego was bruised when Chris told her that Kate was like a younger version of herself… he's had a crush on Kate since she starred in Blue Crush.

"Gwyneth knows that Chris flirts all the time on the road, but after that 'younger version of you' comment, Gwyneth is more sensitive and suspicious of Kate."

The magazine report that the pair were seen kissing and holding hands backstage at a U2 concert last month, and that when the pair went to one of Gwyneth's friend's restaurants, Kate started "overcompensating," crapping on about how tight she is with Gwyneth.

Hmm... if you're two celebrities trying to have an affair, wouldn't you be avoiding places like that?

Anyway, apparently 'friends' of Gwyn and Chris say their relationship has been crumbling for ages.

"The marriage has major problems. They're at a crossroads and there's no knowing if the relationship can survive… they’re leading separate lives. She finds him immature. He finds her pretentious.

"It's like Chris suddenly realized he’s a rock megastar and women throw themselves at him… he's become incredibly affected by female flattery," said the source.

"And Kate is just the kind of beauty who'll flatter him = bright, sexy and intelligent.'

You mean blonde, super-skinny and into British guys. Yep, Kate fits the bill!

Oh dear, i feel for Chris and Gwyneth their relationship being under scrutiny. What does one do? Revelations like this doesn't help. If he's so unhappy he should walk, so who's the pretentious one really? Talk about pot calling kettle black. If i were Gwyneth i'd give him a vasectomy, not a castration, that's too easy. Sad business, what a egghead and moral coward he is. Laughing that his reps denies he's pashing Kate, that's embaressing, for kate. Tossed salad that he is, wimp lettuce.
