New beauty treatment: celebs using snake venom to freeze facial muscles

Famous people inject their own arse fat into their lips, so why not smear a bit of snake venom on their wrinkles while they're at it?

The Daily Mail reports that the latest 'miracle' beauty product to come out of Celebrityland is a cream called Glamoxy Snake Serum.

It's been dubbed "Botox in a bottle" because it freezes your facial muscles to give you that wrinkle-free/stroke-victim look.

The cream mimics the effects of a South-East Asian Temple Viper's venom — basically it paralyses you. Sounds like fun!

Actually, it does sound less traumatic than Botox injections.

Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, Katie Holmes, Naomi Campbell and Cheryl Cole are among the many celebs using the new treatment.

So chances are you can't afford it.

You'll get the last laugh when their faces fall off and their flawless skin is replaced by scales, though.

When I'm not looking my best, I might not get as many looks from the ladies or served as quickly at the bar, but that's about as bad as it gets. For celebrities, if have an off-day then the tabloids (especially this one) rush to take a photo then publish articles about how haggard they look. Then if they try to improve themselves you publish articles about that too. Talk about having your cake and eating it too.
