Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn Birkhead has lost a 15-year court battle for the millions of dollars Anna said she inherited from her late husband, oil billionaire J. Howard Marshall.

Marshall's family say he was senile when he married Anna at age 89, when Anna was just 26.

Anna took the family to court following his death, saying Marshall promised to leave her over $300 million, despite not being mentioned in his will.

The court ruled that Marshall intended to leave the money to his late son, Pierce Marshall — whose wife Elaine will now inherit the money.
