Robert Pattinson to play Nirvana's Kurt Cobain in movie?

Okay, this guy has run the acting gamut. Instead of picking up the Hollywood roles he could have after doing Potter he opted to live some theatre in UK first, then ease himself into US with small budget Twighlight, that just happened to *** up in his face. This guy is scruffy and with a bit of bleach and higher drugs than he prob does now he'd be sweet as. Don't diss him just coz the TwiHard teens like him. BTW he's like almost 30 not a little boy. Scarlet's too pretty, they need Melanie Luinsky ? from Heavenly Creatures, 2.5 men and Snakeskin. That's a better fit.

my neighbour would be more ideal. he's a musician, writes his own stuff, made an album with his bandmates which is friggen awesome, can play an array of instuments, resembles cobain more than pattinson ever will, has angst written all over him and most importantly he can sing... i mean he can really sing man! why not find an authentic musician who lives and breaths music everyday to play the part of cobain rather than someone who is pretty and popular (for now). His acting pains me in the twilight saga and i don't think he will escape from that brand. he will always be "that twilight guy"

Kurt's an idiot. And he's dead - who cares!?

If Robert Pattinson even attempts to act as Kurt Cobain he will fail. 1. He does not look like him at all. 2. Anyone that has been the movie Twilight cannot play someone as intense as Kurt Cobian and achieve their goal. And 3. Ewwww Robert Pattinson. He is not right for this role what so ever. Kurt Cobain is a very awesome man and it was sad that he was over before his time was out, but casting Robert Pattinson to portray Kurt in a movie of his life would be a disgrace to Kurt Cobain and everything that he achieved in his life.

Despite being a huge Nirvana fan I would not see that movie! the idea of a Twihard actor playing Kurt Cobain makes me want to gag. Anyway, why make a movie about Kurts life? The media never gave him privacy when he was alive. He's dead now, leave him alone.

Ok first off Pattinson is an ok'ish actor but he wouldnt suit this role at all. He doesnt even look like kurt...or sound like him. Second its kinda difficult to find a good actor for someone who was so unique in the way he moved, talked pretty ,much everything sbout him was unique. So third i hope they hold out for a while til there is a really good actor suited for this, dont wanna have to get angry at producers for doing the movie half assed.

If Pattinson plays Kurt Cobain the world will be flipped upside down. For one, Pattinson is a bad actor, secondly, he does not suit the part, thirdly, this is the biggest insult to a legend. Kurt Cobain should be played by someone respectable, someone lovable, someone NOT R-Patt.

Good actor or bad actor, i doubt Robert Pattinson is ever going to be able to shake off Twilight. And as for this supposed movie, i think the late great Kurt Cobain is waaaaay beyond his reach. Kurt would have hated to have had a movie made about him anyway, and its an insult to his memory and who he was as a person.

Rob pattinson would do justice to this film, and has to much respect as a actor and as a music fan to F this up! Dont just think of him in twilight, hes amazing in remember me, his lastest movie. and can only get better. Id be more worried about Scarlette playig courtney love! Please! now thats a joke! scarlette is too boring and always looks like shes pouting all the f=en time! Theres nothing bad *** about her!
