Lindsay Lohan's 'hit and run victim' pressing charges

An LA club manager is reportedly filing a police report against Lindsay Lohan, alleging she grazed his knee and ran over his foot with her Porsche on Wednesday night.

RadarOnline reports that LiLo was leaving Sayers Club in West Hollywood in her new wheels when she was blocked by a swarm of snap-happy paps from the nearby Hookah Lounge.

As the 25-year-old tried to pull a U-turn to escape the hordes, she allegedly nearly hit the car of the Hookah Lounge's manager. When the manager got out to talk to her, LiLo allegedly grazed his knee with her Porsche, before speeding off.

A source told RadarOnline that LiLo was 100 percent sober at the time, is "extremely upset" and "adamant that she absolutely didn't hit anyone".

Cops said there was "no evidence of a crime or a hit and run", but that didn't stop the club manager from making fast tracks to hospital, where he's allegedly in the process of filing a police report that claims he's having trouble walking.

RadarOnline's source said that LiLo wasn't even driving when the car was pulled over by police just moments after the incident.

A different source alleges the 25-year-old quickly switched from the drivers' seat to the passenger seat in between leaving the club and being pulled up, PerezHilton reported.

If the club manager does go through with filing his police report, LiLo could be in violation of her current probation order.

Calls from RadarOnline to the 25-year-old's publicist have not been answered.
